Financial Information
ACA’s detailed financial disclosures are contained in our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which ACA will provide to qualified applicants in states where we are licensed to operate, upon successful completion of our application process. ACA cannot provide any specific information regarding financial performance other than those contained in the FDD.
It is important to note that establishing an ACA office may require a significant amount of available capital. In addition to the cost of setting up an office, ACA’s initial franchise fee is $50,000.
Initial Franchise Fee: $50,000
Complete Build-Out Cost: $100,000-$250,000; (depending on size, location, design, material costs, local contracting fees)
Minor Renovation of an existing office is a minimum investment
ACA franchise applications can only be awarded to individuals who are licensed medical providers in good standing and have access to adequate capital to support the development and initial operations of a successful office, either through personal assets or the ability to obtain appropriate financing.
Potential profit from an ACA franchise is simple to estimate. As a concierge provider, there are no insurance contracts. Revenue is simply the number of patients (census) multiplied by the monthly treatment fee (i.e. $250). Profit is calculated by taking the revenue minus total expenses (operating expenses plus franchise fees).
Each ACA location’s operating expenses will differ based on its location, size, design, and its owner’s specific desires regarding how they want to run their practice, including the number and type of employees, their compensation, benefits, etc. Additionally, different practice locations will have variable numbers of potential patients, with varying fee tolerances, depending on their local economy and community affluence.
To provide an estimate of potential profits in such a practice, we have constructed the following model based on various estimated operating expenses, the number of patients, and the monthly patient fee. For this model, we have assumed a consolidated franchise fee of 30% of gross revenue. These numbers are meant as an illustration only and do not represent specific information regarding ACA franchises.
